She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Mullins; her children, Rocky Ewing and Leddie August Mullins; and her siblings, Edward Osborne (Lorie), Jimmy Osborne, Timmy Osborne (Mavis), Larry Osborne (Theresa), Gary Osborne (Connie) and Tina Snipe (Rick).
