He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Setzer; his daughters, Misty Cline (Jeffrey) and Megan Fuller (Ben); his siblings, Randy Setzer and Millie Settlemyre; and his grandchildren, Ethan Cline, Eden Cline, Gavin Fuller and Gracie Fuller.
