She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Earl Hedrick and Melita Christine Lail Hedrick; and her siblings, Anita Hedrick Little, Steve Winebarger, Gary Winebarger and Michael Hedrick.
She is survived by: her close friend Dennis Church of Conover; her daughter Penny Charles Flynn (Gene) of Hickory; her sibling's children, Dana Cornett of Hickory, Alyssa Cornett Briggs (Ryan) of Granite Falls, Brandon Little, Nathan Carroll of Hickory, Keaton Little and Karson Little of Maiden; her stepdaughter Lisa Church Clark (Chris) of Lenoir; her stepgranddaughters, Natalie Clark and Nicole Clark Webb (Isaac) of Lenoir; and her stepgreat-grandchild Magnolia Clark of Lenoir.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Burke Mortuary Chapel (2516 N Main Ave, Newton, NC 28658). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Catawba County Humane Society (catawbahumane.org). Keep Marsha's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
