He is survived by: his wife Dakota Hurtt; his pets, Finnick, Rusty and Duke; his parents, Patrick Sr. Allen and Patricia Allen of Howell, NJ; his sister Kyle Allen (Eric Rouskas); and his nephews, Alex and Eli of Freehold, NJ.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to his wife, Dakota, to help cover expenses during this time of need.
