With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tipton Lee Deitz Sr. of Conover, North Carolina, who passed away on October 13, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Floyd Deitz, Sr. and Bonnie Marie Isenhour Deitz; his siblings, Harold Floyd Deitz Jr. and Robin Long; and his brother-in-law Timothy O'Brien.

He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Grace Vaught Deitz; his children, Tipton "Lee" Deitz, Jr. (Jessica), Lance Deitz (Kathryn) of Conover, NC, LtCol Justin Smith of Alexandria, VA, Jenna Teague (Jarrod) and Jessie Stewart (Brittany) of Lexington, NC; his siblings, Michael Deitz, Brian Deitz (Robin) of Conover, NC, Pat O'Brien of Conover, NC, Donna Abernethy (Ronald) of Maiden, NC and Wendy Secrest (Kenny) of Conover, NC; his siblings-in-law, Robert Long of Garner, NC and Nancy Deitz of Conover, NC; and his grandchildren, Vivian, Jackson, Lorelei, Henry, Carson and Talon Numerous. He is also survived by his grandchildren, as well as a loving brother and uncle.
