We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2025, Charles Edward Aswell (Corapeake, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurley Aswell and Helen Aswell; his son-in-law Christopher Fitzwater; and his grandson William Carr. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Claire (Mark Tankersley), Amy (Jason Carr) and Crystal (Seth Edwards); and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Justin Tankersley, Alayna, Reagan Carr, Britton, Landon and Easton Edwards.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eureka Baptist Church (1601 NC-32, Corapeake, NC 27926). Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
