She is survived by: her son William Eric Overton; her granddaughter McKenzie Overton; her siblings, Claude Edward Cooper (Linda) of Enfield, NC, Gary Cooper of Corapeake, NC, Ethel "Wencie" Norfleet (Dalvin) of Elizabeth City, NC and Iona "Neat" Nash (Gerald) of Virginia Beach, VA; her niece Laurie Scott of Virginia Beach, VA; her aunt Mary Helen Wolfrey of Elizabeth City, NC; her goddaughters, Dana Nicole Griffin of Suffolk, VA, Trinity and Sumayah Freeman of Corapeake, NC; her cousin Emma Jean Riddick; and her daughter-in-law Sabrina Butler (Cecil). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends.
