He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Taylor Hargrove; his mother Ruby Hargrove Moore; his stepfather Clarence "Woody" Woodford; and his brother-in-law Thomas Welsh. He is survived by: his siblings, Kathie Hinson (Bill), Patsy Lynn (Jerry), Judy Welsh and Fred Moore (Helen); and his in-laws, Sandy (Joe) and Lori Taylor. He is also survived by his wife, loyalty to friends.
As a tribute to his beloved dogs, Cocoa, Heinz, and Sadie, donations may be made to the Cornelius Animal Shelter, 19110 Meridian Street, Cornelius, NC 28078 in Buddy's honor.
