He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernie Ashworth and Mary Zell Ashworth. He is survived by: his wife Sally Jacobs Ashworth; his sisters, Jana Zell Tolliver and Sandy Kay McNealy; his niece Christa Jan Kenney; and his great-nephew Robert Ashworth Kenney.
