He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Risley and Ollie Risley; and his wife Jean Risley. He is survived by: his children, Derek Risley (Karen) of Cornelius, NC and Jyll Tartar Risley of Phoenix, AZ; and his grandchildren, Megan Powell, Reid Powell and Emma Risley.
