George Walter Searle Obituary

In loving memory of George Walter Searle (Cornelius, North Carolina), who departed this world on October 24, 2025 at the age of 67. George leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, George shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid George farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Kempton Searle and Klara Barskrind Searle; his wife Connie; and his children, Kemp Searle of Charlotte, Erika Searle (Josh) of Portland, Oregon and Patrick Whelan (Eimile) of Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Peninsula Community Foundation in George's memory.
