He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Drinker Peterson and Charles Henry Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Ricka Van Lente; his daughters, Cari (Mark) and Julie; his grandchildren, Jordan, Mia, Grace and Max; his grandson-in-law David; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Eloise; his sister Judy Lees; and his pets, Molly and Suki. He is also survived by seven nieces and two nephews.
