He is survived by: his wife Bethany Hall Stephens; his parents, Wallace Stephens and Ruby "Amy" Stephens of Council; his brother Edward; his sister-in-law Alisa Stephens of Council; his grandparents, Isaac and Coleen Stephens of Council; his mother-in-law Linda D. Hall of Elizabethtown; his siblings-in-law, Will and Kristina Hall of Mooresville; his nieces and nephews, Ruby Stephens, Noah Stephens, Ava Hall, Samuel Stephens and Elizabeth Stephens; and his aunts, Rhonda King, Sabra DeBose (Bryan) and Sharon Stephens.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Family's Ancestral Home (620 N Braddy Plantation Rd, Council, NC 28434). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Carvers Creek Methodist Church (16860 NC-87, Council, NC 28434). A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carvers Creek Methodist Church Cemetery (16860 NC-87, Council, NC 28434).
