He was predeceased by: his parents, John Graham Powers Sr. and Evelyn Blair Powers; and his sister Evelyn Rae Coursey (Jack) of Paradise Valley, AZ.. He is survived by: his wife Linda H. Powers; his children, Pam Glenn (John) and John Graham Powers III of Gastonia, NC; his stepchildren, Dawn Glover of Wilmington, NC, Grant Glover of Asheville, NC and Holly Duncan (Mark) of Black Mountain, NC; his niece Della Schnell (John); and his great-nephew Austin Duncan of San Diego, CA.. He is also survived by 2 granddaughters; 5 great grandchildren.
