He is survived by: his parents, Robert Thomas Lewis and Robin Dale Fisher Dillehay; his wife Heather Roberts Lewis; his son Cole Michael Lewis; his sister Holly Sanseverino (Chris); his sibling's children, Parker Sanseverino, Myles Sanseverino, Beckett Sanseverino and Cash Sanseverino; his stepmother Beth Lewis; his parents-in-law, Lauren and Mike Roberts; his sister-in-law Jessi Roberts (Kimberly Watson); and his stepsister Lauren Bachman.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be made for his son, Cole Lewis via Heather Lewis.
