He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Katharine Champion; his parents, Sidney Champion and Helen Champion; and his siblings, Sidney Jr., Howard, Pauline Newell, Erma Reese, Virginia Taylor, Donald, Burley, Charles and Betsy Lovings.
He is survived by: his spouse Gayle Arnold Champion of Creedmoor, NC; and his siblings, Faye Jones, Larry, Steve (Denise) and Linda Fox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Cliff loved the ramp ministry; to honor him donations to NC Baptists on Mission or Baptist Men in Action at First Baptist Butner would be much appreciated.
