It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence Edward Howell of Creedmoor, North Carolina, who passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howell and Avis Howell; and his brother Kenneth W. Howell, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia A. Howell; his children, Buddy Howell (Pam), Lisa Howell and Susan Merritt (Keith); his grandchildren, Patrick Merritt (Taylor), Katherine Wright and Devon Howell (Meleah); and his great grandchild Sutton Merritt. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
