He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ruffin Tulloch and Irma Frances Tulloch (Rickman). He is survived by: his wife Nita Autrey Tulloch; his children, Jennifer Brinkley (Michael), Monica Elliott (Mark) and Paul Tulloch (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Taylor Brinkley, Madison Brinkley, Hunter Brinkley, Cooper Schuckman, Samantha Elliott and Lauren Tulloch; his sisters, Pam T. Riley (Larry) and Beth T. Warren (Doane); his parents-in-law, Paul and Julia Autrey; and his brother-in-law Danny Autrey (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
