She is survived by: her daughter Nola Chavis of Chapel Hill; her granddaughter Quincia Oliver of Oxford; her significant other John W. Wimbush of Butner; and her sisters, Annie F. Parker of Creedmoor, Jessie Smith of Creedmoor and Hazel Laws of Mebane. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
