She was predeceased by: her siblings, Harold, Evelyn and Jerry Ray; her grandson Jayson; her daughter Debbie; and her daughter-in-law Tracie Jo.
She is survived by: her children, Rex Osborne, Dorna Gaylord (Guy) and Jay Osborne (Cindy). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
