She was predeceased by : her parents, Eli Denney and Lelar Lewis Denney of Ashe County; her husband Herman "Sam" Bauguess; her sons, Jerry and Gerald; her grandchildren, Beth Bauguess, Angelica Grubbs and Stephen Jones; her children-in-law, Scott Greer, Harold Jones, Jim Snyder and Sandra Pardue Bauguess; and her siblings, Ella Taylor, Delmer of Delbert, L. D., Jimmy, Robert and Wayne Denney.
She is survived by : her children, George Bauguess of Oxford, PA, Johnny Bauguess (Dianne) of Mountain City, TN, Rick Bauguess (Dorothy) of Creston, Judy Snyder of West Jefferson, Juanita Jones of Creston and Dorothy Grubb (John) of Old Fort, NC; and her siblings, Stella Morefield of Mountain City and Cliff Denney of Wilkesboro.
