He was predeceased by : his father Noel James Roark. He is survived by : his wife Geneva Jones Roark; his son James Roark, Jr. (Janet) of Creston; his siblings, Rev. Spencer Roark (Ferry) of Creston and Pauline Pennington of Mountain City, TN; his caregiver Cindy Price of Creston; and his granddaughter Amber Roark Eldreth (Jeremy) of Jefferson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
