He was predeceased by: his father Kermit Wallace; and his brother Charlie Wallace. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Donnelly Wallace; his wife Peggy H. Wallace; his daughter Tammy Mantooth (Chuck); his stepdaughter Melissa Seaman (David); his grandchildren, Taelor Hodges, Isaac, Samara Critcher, Zach Seaman and Matthew Seaman; and his brothers, Doug Wallace and Scott Wallace.
