She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Osborne and Marie Hodges Osborne; her husband Tim Cox; and her brother Donnie Osborne. She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Cox and Michael Blevins (Reba) of Mountain City; her brother Danny Osborne of Ashe County; and her grandchildren, Hunter, Brady and Zander Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
