He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Campbell and Clara Weaver Campbell; and his siblings, Janice Miller, Michael Campbell and Harold Campbell.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Rash of Creston, Naomi Campbell of Creston, Barbara Gregory (Larry) of Winston Salem, Reva Heartness of Winston Salem, Linda Galloway of Winston Salem and Venice Sage (Harold) of King. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
