Sarah Mahala Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Mahala (Creston, North Carolina), born in Bristol, Tennessee, who passed away on July 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Herman Rosenbaum and Hattie Simerly Rosenbaum; her husband Delmer Mahala; her siblings, Lillie Mae Mains, Mary Jane Sawyer, Bruse Rosenbaum, H. D. Rosenbaum and John Rosenbaum (Mary Ann); her daughter-in-law Donna Mahala; and her close friend Bill Taylor.
She is survived by : her sons, Jack Mahala, Jeff Mahala (Rita) and Joseph "Joey" Mahala; her grandchildren, Cody Mahala, Samantha Reece (Skylar) of Italy and Ryan Mahala (Hannah) of Trade, TN; her great grandchildren, Loxley, Everest of Italy, Emma and Crew of Trade, TN; and her brother Herbert Rosenbaum. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
