Spruill of Creswell, NC and Joshua J. Spruill of Chocowinity, NC; his brother Michael Spruill of Creswell, NC; his grandchildren, Joshua J. Spruill, Jr., Megan Hemilright (Edward), Blake W. Spruill and Amelia L. Spruill; and his great grandchildren, Mason, Adelyn and Sawyer.
