She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Duard and Beedie Ambrose Spruill; and her siblings, Pat Tyson, Don, Jay and Ken Spruill.
She is survived by: her husband Ben "Frank" Twiddy, Jr.; her children, Cindy Twiddy Pope (Andy) of Belhaven and Ben Twiddy (Sarah) of Edenton; her siblings, Brenda Williams of Creswell, Cheryl Williams of Edenton, Kathy Biggs of Moncure and Jeff Spruill of Columbia; her grandchildren, Dallas "D. J." Hufton II, Frankie Gray Small, Jacob, Joshua and Elizabeth "Tabby" Twiddy; and her great grandchild Addison Hufton.
