He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie H. Lancaster, Sr. and Vera Mae Snell Lancaster; and his sisters, Margie L. Perry and Kay L. Paul. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Woodley Lancaster; his sons, William "Bill" Lancaster (Tempie) and Charlie Lancaster (Rebecca); his brother Charlie H. Lancaster (Susie); his grandchildren, Brittany Lancaster (Bennett), Emily James (Trent), Anthony Lancaster (Grace) and Ethan Lancaster; and his great grandchild Hudson Joseph Lancaster.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at the church from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Flowers are welcome, or a donation may be made to Philippi Church of Christ, 73 Old Cherry Road, Creswell, NC 27928.
