With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Danny Forrest Pendleton of Crouse, North Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Albert Pendleton and Rachel Carpenter Hurt. He is survived by: his wife Monica Caldwell Pendleton; his sons, Jeremy Isaac Pendleton (Kristy) of Cherryville, Matthew Pendleton (Jessica) of Crouse and Derek Goodwin; his sisters, Linda Anthony (Sonny) of West Lincoln and Lisa Strange of West Lincoln; his grandchildren, Carter Pendleton, Emma-Kate Pendleton, Bo Pendleton, Joanna Pendleton and Keagan Goodwin; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Caldwell Huss (Terry) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Tiffany Caldwell Chambers of Lincolnton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Gastonia First Assembly of God (777 S Myrtle School Rd, Gastonia, NC 28052).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made, in memory of Danny Pendleton, to the Church of God, Men and Women of Action, 960 Barnes Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37312.
