He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Bard and Audrey Bard. He is survived by: his spouse Starr Bard; his son Brian Bard (Maria); his grandson Nathaniel Bard; and his siblings, Michael Bard (Susan) and Jerri Eller (Rick).
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Moss Family Cemetery.
