She was predeceased by: her father Carl Phillips; and her brother Dwight Phillips. She is survived by: her mother Helen Sheets Phillips of West Jefferson; her husband Steve Blevins of Crumpler; her daughter Kim Miller; her son-in-law Tim Miller of West Jefferson; her grandchildren, Trenton Miller and Korah Miller; her stepson Jason Blevins (Julie) of Raleigh; and her siblings, Darrell Phillips (Joyce) of West Jefferson, Kathy Phillips of West Jefferson and Twyla Smith (John) of West Jefferson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Friendship Baptist Church (891 Friendship Baptist Church Rd, Jefferson, NC 28640). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
