Virginia Dare Miller Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Dare Miller (Crumpler, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 25, 2025 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Virginia departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Virginia. Though Virginia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lula Alexander Martin and Henry Martin; her husband Fred Cassard Miller, Jr.; and her granddaughter Badia. She is survived by: her children, Christina Dare Miller (Gentry) and Fred C. Miller III (Ruth McCall). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
