It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Michael Fowler of Cullowhee, North Carolina, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Fowler and Mary Martha Holtzclaw Fowler. He is survived by : his wife Wanda Nelson Fowler; his siblings, Denise Haughn (John) of Farmville, NC and Grover C. "Skip" Fowler of Waynesville, NC; his niece Erica White; and his nephew Bryant Fowler.

Throughout his career, he made significant contributions to his community.
