He is survived by : his children, Catherine Sapp, Paul Rees, John Rees and Laura Dowda; his brothers, David and Wayne Rees; and his grandchildren, Randall Sapp, Jr., Rayna Sapp, Aidan, Alexander, Hannah Rees of Virginia Beach, Willow, Phoenix Dowda of Cumming, GA and Max Rees of Buford, GA..
