Though Marvelette may no longer walk beside us, their memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvelette touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In their absence, their spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dunn Funeral Home and Cremation Services (810 W Wilmington St, Burgaw, NC 28425). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Middle District Missionary Baptist Association (1821 NC-53, Burgaw, NC 28425).
