She was predeceased by: her parents, Cathy Lynn Goudy Hoselton and Michael Chaffin; and her brother Bradley Chaffin. She is survived by: her stepfather Kevin Dwayne Hoselton (PA) of Parkersburg. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
