He is survived by: his sons, Adam Riggs (Cherry), Dean Riggs (Beth) and Dale Riggs; the mother of his children Betty; his sister-in-law Bobbie Riggs; his nephews, Jerry and Tim Riggs; his granddaughter Isabella Riggs; and his pets, Lady and Ellie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oleander Memorial Gardens (306 Bradley Dr, Wilmington, NC 28409).
Donations may also be made to the New Hanover Humane Society, reflecting Ray's love for animals.
