She was predeceased by : her mother Bertha Justice Blankenship; her husband Edmond Dailey Williams; her daughter Velma Sue O'Neal; and her grandson William Dailey Poole. She is survived by : her children, Donna Williams Poole (Bill) of New Bern and Larry "Buck" Williams (Julie) of Conquest, Canada.; her grandchildren, Pamela O'Neal, Megan Rodriguez, Chelsea Poole and Shelby Poole; and her great grandchildren, Kevin Campbell and Kyndal Grace Poole. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A proud member of the Eastern Star, Jean's dedication to the Eastern Star's values of love, hope, and charity was evident in her actions and the way she treated others.
