He is survived by: his siblings, Alton "Buddy" Ray Harper (Pam), Bert Harper (Glenda), Libby Harper Glance, Martha Harper Henderson (Toney) and Yvonne Shore (Warren). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Calendar Sisk-Butler Funeral Home (730 Gastonia Hwy, Bessemer City, NC 28016). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Calendar Hollywood Cemetery (540 N Broad St, Gastonia, NC 28054).
