She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Bonnie Ashe Lewis. She is survived by: her son Cody Wentz (Natalie); her siblings, Robert Lewis (Wanda), Gary Lewis (Jane), Judy Lewis (Donald), Joann Miller (Ron) and Betty Martindale (Ed); and her nephew Daniel Price. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Tiny also battled hard against covid yet persevered once again with her strength and strong will.
