He was predeceased by: his parents, T. O. Lyerly and Mary Lyerly; his siblings, Spencer Lyerly, J. D. Lyerly and Edith Boone; and his daughter Dana Lyerly Pryce.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Lyerly; his children, Libby Sieber (Alden) and Larry Lyerly (Leah); his granddaughters, Erin Mohn (Chad), Janie Lyerly (Elijah) and Jessica Lyerly; his great grandchildren, Charlie Mohn and Sam Mohn; and his nephew Rick Lyerly.
