He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Brown and Lucy Brown; his wife Dorothy; his children, Denise Hutchinson, Danny and Ronnie Brown; his grandson Dwight Brown; and his siblings, Willie Brown, Myrtle Lynn and Maggie McKee.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Cloninger (Sam) and Dennis Brown (Katie); his sister Mary Lou Eury; and his grandchildren, Michelle Sullivan, D. J. Brown, Tresa VanDyke, Crystal Parker, Tim Brown, David Brown, Jessie Brown, Kelsey Brown, Kim Brown, RJ Hutchinson and Kyle Brown. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
