She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Carrigan and Vandora Green Carrigan; her siblings, Juanita Smith, Joel and Michael Carrigan; and her husband Ray Leonard Clemmer.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Waddell (Jack); her grandchildren, Travis Bates (Lori) and Whitney B. Smith (Brendan); her great grandchildren, Adelia Madison, Ada Smith, Camila and Lyra Bates; and her siblings, Shirley Withers and Phil Carrigan.
