We bid farewell to Phyllis Ann McDaniel of Dallas, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 8, 2025 at the age of 74. Phyllis Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Abernathy and Ruby Abernathy; and her siblings, Clyde, Charles and Frances.
She is survived by: her husband Larry H. McDaniel; her sons, Robert R. McDaniel (Twyla) and L. Michael McDaniel (Chrissy); her grandchildren, Aubrey Sutherland (Anthony), Anna McDaniel, Houston McDaniel (Madeline), Josh McDaniel and Alex McDaniel; her great grandchildren, Kaidon, Anthem, Emery, Andersyn and Riley; and her sister Gladys Harrelson. She is also survived by brothers- and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bethesda Full Gospel Tabernacle (2422 Lowell Bethesda Rd, Gastonia, NC 28056). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
