It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rena Potts Summerlin (Dallas, North Carolina), who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde J. Potts and Selma Morris. She is survived by: her husband Joel Summerlin; her son Trot Leary (Lizann) of Johnstown, CO; her stepdaughters, Kendall, Kristen and Georgia (Ryan); her stepgrandson Hayden Summerlin; her siblings, Jimmy Potts (Milly), Myra Walsburger (Chris) and Jean Senn (Steve); and her caregiver Tamaro Robbs.
