He is survived by: his wife Kathy Fulk Hamby; his sister Linda Swanson; his daughters, Terri Foster (Mark), Liza Kazee (Matthew) and Anna Kilpatrick (Kenny); his grandchildren, Hannah Jarvis (Josh), Samantha Foster, Wyatt Zajdel, Lucas Zajdel, Cole Zajdel, Ashton Burks, Kaitlyn Kazee, Colby Kilpatrick and Emma Kilpatrick; and his great grandchild Riley Jarvis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
