He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Mabe and Bessie Virginia Brown Mabe; and his cousin Roger Fulk. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Baker Mabe; his children, Adam Mabe (Caitlyne) and Kimberly Dawn Potter; his grandchildren, Kourtney Brewer (Justin), Korey Austin-Lee Potter, Morgan Mabe Bullins (Jordan), Bryan Mabe, Alexis Mabe, Cyleigh Mabe and Carson Mabe; and his great grandchildren, Thea Brewer, Levi Brewer, Ayla "Lu-Lu" Brewer and Wesley Brewer.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Cedar Falls Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, or to Friends of the Stokes Shelter.
