She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter B. Forys and Margaret Forys; and her brother David Forys. She is survived by: her husband Paul H. Michal; her children, Christine Bertone (Dan), Carol Hamel (Phil), Paul T. Michal (Tricia) and Cathleen Maxson (Jeff); her grandchildren, Erin, Rachel, Stephen, Kristen, Jonathan, Scott, Jessica, Grant and Luke; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Ellie, Emery, Quinn and Calvin; her siblings, Marlene Cibulas (Bob) and Ron Forys (Donna); and her sister-in-law Marsha Forys.
