She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Racki and Dorothy Jagodnik Racki; and her husband Frank Kochalka. She is survived by: her son Dean Kochalka (Theresa) of Mooresville; her granddaughters, Jamie Langdon (Tate) of Denver, NC and Stevi Fritts (Brad) of Denver, NC; her great grandchildren, Mika, Harper, Bennett and Grady; and her sisters, Berni Cummings of Plainfield, IL and Lynn Wilber of Channahon, IL..
